“ Very tasty! Nice restaurant and service. Thai iced tea delicious too. ................. The ambient is good. ”
“ Food: Sala Thai restaurant is a great restaurant, they have ample seating. I stopped by for lunch and enjoyed their house vegetable soup and chicken and shrimp dumplings. I ordered the chicken pad Thai for my lunch entree. The soup wasn't really hot but it was still good. The dumplings were delicious though definitely makes up for the not hot soup. The restaurant was pretty busy for lunch time. I like their hot sauce, it's flavorful and a great addition to my lunch chicken pad thai. Tremendous portion size for a lunch special. I took home leftovers. I ordered a Thai iced coffee and it was so yummy. The service was attentive, the staff were friendly and polite. They had a good amount of employees working making sure the customers were well taken care of. 10/10 Thai restaurant ”

“ Amazing restaurant! It has a classy ambiance and the service was very attentive. I got the chicken kee mao which was so flavorful and had a good balance of vegetables and protein, the food came out quickly as well. I also got a yuzu lemonade which wasn't too sweet and went well with the meal. ”
“ I come here pretty frequently for a quick solo lunch or dinner and the food is consistently good! The cocktails are also yummy. It's never hard to get a table here. ”
“ Not sure how or why or when, but this place ended up on my Google list of "To Try At Home" and because I was getting hangry at the AMNH, I was excited to walk the 7 minutes to try this place out. We came early enough to get a table (~5PM) on a Sunday evening, but they were already super busy by 6PM with almost every table full. With their two two levels of dining area, they have exquisite gold decor with beautiful intricate patterns and motifs along the wall, and their light fixtures are cute as well. The only thing a bit odd about the decor was their use of COVID-remnant plexi-glass dividers to maximise the number of tables in the restaurant. The menus had a lot of items, but we were intrigued by the specials, some of which I hadn't heard of before. For appetiser, we got the: -Papaya salad -Special that was made of some gelatinous mushroom, mint lotus root, shrimp, and grape tomato in a fish sauce and for the entrees we went with: -The claypot duck special with shitake mushrooms, red dates, and lotus root -Chicken pad kee mao and shared a jasmine pearl tea which was fragrant and impressive that it tasted better than the dragon pearls I had at home (which I spent top dollar on!). The two appetisers were impeccable, but might not be good for those who are averse to fish sauce. The appetiser special was a really fresh and light medley of different veggies and the shrimp added a nice protein kick. The chicken pad kee mao had a hearty helping of tender chicken and the noodles were cooked to the perfect consistency -- flat noodles with a slight chew and heat. The claypot duck reminded me of a Chinese stewed dish, which I loved. It had a sweetness and savoryness that was well balanced, and the flavour infused into the duck meat, skin, and the mushrooms. All in all, the meal was solid and I am so happy I got to cross it off the list. This will be my new Thai go to when I'm in the area! ”
“ Love this place! The vibe is super classy while still very vibey. It's larger than it looks on the outside. The food was incredible. Really recommend the drunken noodle and red curry. Service was super friendly and quick. Will definitely be back! Edit: sure enough, I was back! Once again, everything was perfect with no complaints. ”
“ Good food, well priced menu, good ambiance, and noise on the louder side! Made reservations for 7:30 pm and were seated promptly at our time. Place was packed to capacity. Good bar, and pretty tight seating at this rather dimly lit place with noise levels of diners easily beating that of the music. Ordered a few things from the winter specials menu which included a very tasty Corn Soup Bowl ($15) which came with a buttery garlic bread and the Tofu Prig Klua ($15) which was a tasty appetizer, and Tom Yum Koong Cup ($9). Our mains included the Green Curry with Tofu ($19), Crab Fried Rice ($24) with a generous portion of crab meat, Pad Krapraw ($18), and Kea Mao ($22). We chose a medium spice level on our mains, and the food had a good spice kick to it. Food arrives within 25 minutes or ordering, and service was excellent overall. Will definitely visit again to satisfy our thai food cravings! ”
“ The Thai food was amazing! The Pad Thai Bolan, Red Curry, and Kao Soy are must-tries. The service was excellent, and the staff were very helpful with any questions. ”
